The villa
The Nature et Océan villa is a 200m2 marvelous wooden house including 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the whole surrounded by 3 spacious terraces.
The site is unique, situated on the higher part of the holiday village with views on to the swimming pool and the rest of the holiday village…
The house can accommodate 10 to 11 people without a problem, and is organized in the following way:
Ground floor:
- A spacious living room with attic floor, furnished with flat-screen TV
- 1 bedroom with a double-bed and with its own bathroom furnished in wood, and its corresponding toilets
- 1 children’s bedroom with 3 single beds.
- A spacious fully-equipped kitchen with oven, dish-washer, refrigerator, freezer, etc. and with a laundry-room equipped with washing machine and dryer.
- An entrance hall with an independant toilet
Upper floor :
- 1 fabulous parent-suite giving on to an outside private « tropézienne » style patio, in which you can relax taking the sun with a magnificent view without neighbours.
- A large bathroom (with bathtub, shower, toilet,)
- 1 bedroom with double-bed and with its own bathroom furnished in wood and corresponding toilets
- 1 children’s room next to the suite
Outside, you will have the privilege of relaxing on one of the 3 spacious terraces which you are able to enjoy following the shifting of the sunrays …
And as a bonus, enjoy a small bridge and Japanese garden!
Of course, you will be able to use all the facilities of the holiday village: swimming pool, Jacuzzi, different games for children, fitness gym.
